The track workouts are free and open to every ability of runners and walkers. We meet Wednesday
nights at 5:15PM at the Spaulding High School track in Rochester, NH. The runs start at 5:30PM.
The outdoor workout sessions in Rochester end mid October.
Indoor sessions in Durham for the winter season begin mid January.
The workout is adapted to suit all abilities.

The track is a great way to improve running ability and physical fitness. Non-members and people
interested in seeing what the club is about are always welcome. Runners of all abilities are invited.
